Princeton Academy of Martial Arts Childrens Program is amazingly insightful and life altering for its students. PAMA's Children's Program provides traditional martial arts theory with a practical and reality based physical martial arts program. Our program is one that is value and character oriented. The character qualities of Respect for Self and for Others, Humility, Perseverance, Self-Control, Honesty, and Cultivation of an Indomitable Spirit are emphasized and cultivated in every class. Teaching martial arts without these values is missing the essence of true martial arts and the warrior spirit.
Parents can be assured that through PAMA classroom training sessions their children will be developing the types of skills and character building that will carry over into all aspects of their lives. Classes are inviting, inspiring, and fun while at the same time being educational and goal directed. Professionalism, Character, and Education are the key points of the Children's Program at the Princeton Academy of Martial Arts. Our Children's Program instructors are successful college graduates and dedicated martial artists in their own right who bring seasoned expertise and skills to the program.
Please call PAMA today to sign your child up for a free trial class. You will be amazed by a child's desire to cultivate all these invaluable skills!

What others have to say...
"The philosophy at PAMA sets it youth program apart and above other martial arts programs. Instructors have internalized the mission, and are genuinely concerned with each child's character developement and skill. Children can easily understand that the competition comes from within. My son was a timid beginner and thought that he 'couldn't' because it would be too 'hard'. after one session his attitude completely changed. He could feel how happy the students were and how important it was to respect themselves, their instructor and to learn from each other as well as the teacher. Children are taught to share what they know and support each other. My son's self confidence has improved and he joyously looks forward to attending each session."

"After Nick took his trial class at PAMA four years ago, he immediately decided he didn't want to try anywhere else. This is the school he wants. This is coming from a child who has always had a difficulty adjusting to new environments. He loved his instructors and the other kids. The classes were small enough that the kids get the amount of instruction that they need. The focus is on the development of the individual and the learning of the martial arts. And most importantly, it's wonderful and rare these days to find a school and instructors that really believe in and love what they do."

"I would like to say how wonderful my four years have been so far at this magnificent martial arts school. I was just awarded my black belt and this was one of the biggest accomplishments I could ever have achieved. I couldn't have done it without all the amazing instructors.
So far, this experience has been awesome and fun! I've also made some really cool friends here. I enjoy so many things at PAMA, but my favorite is all of the self-defense I've learned. I want to thank all of the instructors, assistant instructors, friends and family for helping me with all of my accomplishments. I will definitely continue this wonderful program. Thanks PAMA!!"

"When Tony first joined PAMA he was disillusioned with his previous martial arts class and wanted to quit. After doing a lot of research my husband decided that PAMA was exactly what our son needed to keep him motivated. My strongest memory of Tony's first day is that Amy stopped what she was doing and immediately came over to talk to Tony and welcome him. We soon grew to consider PAMA our family and have watched with pride as our son has passed his tests and earned his belts. While in the children's class he gained confidence and became disciplined. All of the teachers at PAMA have been role models for Tony and are continuing to help him grow into a dedicated, considerate, and conscientious young man. The lessons that he has learned at PAMA do not stop when he leaves the door – he carries them with him in his everyday life. I believe that PAMA is not only shaping the person that Tony is today, but is shaping the man he will become."

"PAMA has helped me in many ways. It's taught me discipline, self-respect, and quick thinking. I've learned many techniques, fighting styles, and moves, but more important than learning any of those is the knowledge of WHEN to use them. I'm proud to say that in the encounters I've had that could have led to a fight, I used my judgment, and didn't have to fight to solve the conflict. I owe all of this to PAMA. Thank you!"
